Everyone loves the vibrant shades of these watercolors, and kids are especially partial to the aromatic punch of their fruity scents. CRAFT MATERIALS: A variety of .13- to .23-ounce packets (enough to make two quarts) unsweetened flavored powdered drink mix, such as Kool-Aid Warm water Time needed: Under 1 Hour 1. For each color, combine one packet of drink mix and two teaspoons of water in a small cup, stirring until the mix dissolves. 2. Use with paintbrushes on watercolor paper. Refrigerate any leftover paints in airtight containers for up to three days.  Crafter's comments My 2-year-old enjoyed this project. I didn't have any watercolor paper so I used empty cereal or other food boxes for her to paint on. I just broke the boxes down and made them flat like a piece of paper.
